DELIVERY TIME / INFORMATION - TERMS & CONDITIONS

will endeavour to package each order so that it is protected in
transit. Postage and packing is charged at cost for credit card
and cheque orders. The on-line shopping cart has a scale in line
with the amount of your purchase. CLICK

orders are despatched in protective envelopes. Orders over £50.00 in
value are normally despatched by delivery requiring a signature.
This is slightly more expensive than normal post. If you are
paying by cheque or wish to know the postal charges before
submitting credit card information, then please email us first for
an estimate of postal charges. Next day delivery is available
in the
U.K.
at extra cost.

items will be posted by air mail unless requested to be sent by
'cheapest' method Handling Charge - Orders of £8.50 or under in value (not including postage) will be subject to a £1.50 handling charge. Returns & Refunds - Items may be returned, properly packaged, within 14 days of purchase for a full and unequivocal refund. Items retained for longer may not be returned under any circumstances.
